Simultaneous Drying & Printing

By replacing the standard AMS cover, the AMS Heater enables active filament drying during printing—eliminating the need for an external dryer and reducing moisture-related print defects.

Fast, Uniform Heating

The PTC-based heater reaches a consistent 70 °C in about 20 minutes, thanks to a dual-airflow system that avoids hot spots and warping.

Smart Humidity Control

Equipped with humidity monitoring, the unit defaults to 55 °C in RH mode and runs for six hours. It automatically reactivates when humidity rises above 50 % and shuts off below 20 %. The user can also set a target humidity between 25–50 %.

Compact, Space-Saving Upgrade

The AMS Heater fits seamlessly atop the AMS with a simple “loosen–replace–tighten” installation process that takes only about two minutes. It supports up to 16 spools stacked, maintaining a compact build footprint.

Built-in Safety Features

Combining PTC heating, a thermostatic switch that trips if temperature exceeds 115 °C, and real-time software control of fan and heat, the system ensures safe and reliable operation.
