Exceptional thermal insulation

To ensure greater wear resistance and thermal insulation, the all-metal heatbreak is RCC coated. This also prevents heat creep and blockages caused by the filament, among other things.

Highly efficient heating unit

A rectangular ceramic heating unit delivers higher performance and reliably heats the hotend to 280 °C in just 39 seconds.

New heating block for high-speed printing

The new design of the heating block has a long heating area to enable high volume flows of up to 36 mm³/s. With these flow rates, high-speed applications are impressive!

Removable temperature sensor

The Rapido Hotend 2F uses a PT1000 temperature sensor suitable for high-temperature printing, which is easy to maintain and replace.

Optimised assembly

The Rapido Hotend 2F uses a new cable tie structure to prevent damage during installation. This optimised assembly simplifies the assembly process and makes it more convenient for the user. The heating element is fixed by a metal dome for quick and cost-effective maintenance.

High filament compatibility
